VisitPITTSBURGH 2020-2022 Booking Incentive*

Receive $10,000 for every meeting that meets the following criteria:
•  Goes definite with a minimum of 500 rooms on peak and actualizes in 2020-2022
•  Utilizes the Platinum LEED®-certified David L. Lawrence Convention Center

Receive $20,000 for every meeting that meets the following criteria:
•  Goes definite with a minimum of 1,000 rooms on peak and actualizes in 2020-2022
•  Utilizes the Platinum LEED®-certified David L. Lawrence Convention Center

You also receive:
•  Round-trip airfare and accommodations for up to three people for a site visit
•  Two round-trip airport transfers between the Pittsburgh International Airport and Downtown when your convention is in Pittsburgh
•  Access to VisitPITTSBURGH’s award-winning Destination Services team to assist in making your event successful

David L. Lawrence Convention Center 2020-2022 New Business Incentive**

•  $50,000-$99,000 = 10% off final invoice
•  $100,000-$149,000 = 15% off final invoice
•  > $150,000 = 20% off final invoice

 

*Valid for bookings of new business only. Meeting must actualize before December 31, 2022. Not valid for previously booked groups, repeat annual groups or groups currently in negotiations. Meeting must utilize a minimum of two hotel properties. Valid only for leads generated through VisitPITTSBURGH that meet the above requirements. VisitPITTSBURGH reserves the right to modify the customized incentive at any time.
